Watching Oregon v Wazzu, and both teams have been called for defensive delay of game due to verbalizing the snap count.
Jimbo complained in his press conference last week about Auburn getting away with it -- then, ironically, A&M was called for it today (clapping).

Wtf is going on... did the NCAA send out a memo to refs after our Kentucky game?

Ole Miss was also penalized for a DB clapping - Defense delay of game was the call
