Disappointing my daughter...

My daughter is a freshman at Maryland. I'd mentioned in passing that I'd like to go t a few basketball games -- and named Maryland-Georgetown as a good bet.

Somehow, she came up with tickets (using my credit card of course...)

So I mention to at work, and a buddy who went to Georgetown said, "Gee, I thought you'd be staying home to watch Kentucky-Duke."

Yes, it is the same night, and close to the same time. Totally failed to check the date when saying I'd like to go. So I guess my Terp Tix go up on StubHub.

All that said, I like the Cats in the game, so its an easy call...

Yep, go to the game with your daughter. No doubt about it. DVR UK game and stay off twitter until you get to watch it.

I would never miss that big a UK game to go to some irrelevant Maryland/Georgetown game...that is just me though.
