I know he is a good player I just saw that he went to the Kanye west school so yeah he probably has more red flags but if Kentucky can get past them then he is really good PG and a improvement in what they currently have

There was some drama right before his commitment to NC state but many thought he was committing here. He’s definitely talented will be interesting to see if we are still involved.

I'm pretty sure he won't even be eligible for college basketball

Curious - @ralphdaltonfan - what do you think/know is going on here?
Don't know but if I were Cal/UK, I'd do whatever it took to get TALENT. There are some who think I'm against role players. Not case at all. What I am against is a program that has role players who are treated/think they are elite talents. If you are lying to yourself (Cal and players) you will eventually get exposed for what you are/are not.

If I am reading you right, sounds like you think we had Oscar and TyTy and then a bunch of role players?
I would agree with that. Calipari, in his desperation leaned too heavily on the transfer portal and ended up with some low D1 talent in crucial roles.

Cal has done a great job of keeping the knuckleheads away from our program.
I do trust the coaching staff to only bring in high-character players and they have done that. Some of you would sell out the integrity of Kentucky basketball in a minute

Yes--I never bought into this great roster/talent. Let's be honest. Oscar/TyTy were the 2 players on this roster (aside from Sharpe who didn't play) that Cal used to recruit/would take while being at Kentucky. Other guys? He didn't recruit 3 of them out of HS (Mintz/Grady/Wheeler) and longer season went you could see why. Toppin is a Cal type of player when he was at Memphis. Brooks is more of a Cal UMass guy. Collins/Hopkins have potential but lack of strength and bad weight limit both and I'd like to see them stay although I've been told Hopkins is gone (even if Brooks leaves).
CJ Fredrick will be an asset if he can stay on the court. Immediately told board he's always injured when they were interested. But he can play.

Wallace will be a great addition. Livingston is solid. Not as great as some think but he's better than Keion Brooks now due to being tougher and more athletic.

Dillingham is one you roll the dice on if possible.

UL could be looking at a post season ban. Why would any high ranked recruit commit to them before knowing what the punishments will be?

You could tell me the next coming of Michael Jordan was coming to play, Oscar is coming back, and sharpe was coming back and it wouldn’t do anything at all for me. Would have 0 confidence next year as long as John Vincent Calipari is still standing on the sidelines.

He cannot win when it matters and he coaches like a legit retard. I’ve never seen anyone not learn from their mistakes or not attempt to change for the better more in any aspect of life. It’s truly mind boggling.

If he wants to come here and play, I'm for it. We just had a dude refuse to ever suit up all season in Sharpe. As it stands, we're going to have Wheeler running the show again, go for 0-19 slumps and defenders sag off him. Not sure we're in much of place to get too picky right now with what's left.

I'm not too sure his plan wasnt to reclass and train like Sharpe this year before he spurned us for NC state. I remember reading that somewhere.

Agree with Ralph. Get the talent in here and see what happens. Sure there can be drama, but every analyst and person who matters in college basketball will tell you Cal is THE guy to manage big egos. Just load up and let’s roll. That’s what 2010-2015 was. Don’t make this complicated

Let's not forget, Calipari couldn't win the title in 2015 with a team that had 9 future NBA players including 2 that would also become all-stars. I have ZERO confidence he EVER wins another title while at UK. AD was a unique, one-of-a-kind generational player. They ain't making those anymore.

Cal can't even manage his own ego.

Says Dillingham is the most dynamic guard in the class. Great ball handler and one on one player that can get by his man like no other. Sounds kind of Fox like to me.
