Here is another high profile transfer portal entry, Detroit Mercy's Antoine Davis, who is transferring out from under his own father, who is the Detroit Mercy Coach. This just shows that a bump up to a higher level is more important than playing for Daddy:

AJ has the correct attitude and that's why he will keep improving as a player. He did show improvement during the course of last season as far as bad TO caused by playing too fast and was good with shot selection.

Back to the OP, looks like he had some B1G interest (Penn St.) but they went in a different direction and just brought in 2 mid-major guards from the portal . So now it's down to the A-10, with new Umass coach Frank Martin pressing hard.

Looks like Rashool has found a home, wish him the best north of the border in Amherst.

Well I guess there were already 2 more upperclassmen ahead of him (Newton and Alleyne), we just didn't know it yet. But hope Corey will be happy at his new home, where his pops played....
