Watch Deboer act like a child at one of his players vs our kicker missing two bunnies, will stein bringing him over and saying hey man youre a gamer you got this then he hits the third.

The difference imo is the Bama player was a pure idiot and did something that shouldn't have been done (swing a punch) 100% preventable by just keeping your head right. .

Our K gave it his best shot and his *** was so tight he probably still hasn't taken a good poop they're not the same. One is a bonehead.... one is a kickoff man who's never been that great at FG attempts in a very stressful situation ...

Apples and oranges. The Bama player acted like an idiot and it cost them the game. Deboer had every reason to not like that. Our kicker missed a couple FGs that he was trying to make.

Exactly. I wouldn't expect a Stein to show love in the moment to a player after doing some unsportsmanlike garbage that costs the game like in the UGA/Bama one.

A FG kicker missing in critical spots is where you would insert confidence and love into the situation.

Couldn't agree more. And honestly, I'd expect Deboer (or any good coach) to do the same in each situation.

If I were coaching I would spend a good day of practice preaching discipline and keeping your head during the course of the game and constantly harp on this through the season. Players and their hot heads and wanting to fight someone on a football field with helmets and pads on is about as dumb as one can be and in fact costs their teams games every single season. I have to believe that Stein does the same as we have seen no extra curricular activity on the field from any of our players. Trash talk is even at a minimum which I absolutely love. Let your play do the talking and don’t take risk of getting unsportsmanlike penalties.

dont blame Deboer here one bit. I’d have lit his *** up too and he likely would be suspended for a half the next game.
