Did Tennessee wait to do this

Until inauguration week to try and bury it in the new cycle somewhat? I can’t figure out why they announced this yesterday and not a few weeks back?

I think a lot of it is was during everything up legally, as to whether than can fire with cause and things of that nature regarding the investigation.
