Sean Gleason wasn’t the problem, merely a scapegoat.
Gotta also realize our depth is bad and we were beaten up at the end of the season.
Rutgers should hit the portal hard for coaches.
Rutgers has some very good players - just not enough off them
Every year one or two guys guy go down and the season is practically over
B1G and SEC are about OL/DL
RU should get some coaches who can recuit in southern states

I'm sure some fans are heading for the transfer portal as well
I mean Sam Brown was absolutely an impact freshman. Monangai had a few good games. But yeah that's it. The receivers were awful. Gavin is wildly inaccurate.
Maybe Rashad Rochelle showed us something. But we don't use him as a receiver.
We didn’t have much offense before but Gleeson got fired because of Nebraska. The goal that day was simply win and his play calling cost us the game. Years from now GS will talk about how that game changed the entire season. If GS goes on to turn things around he’ll also think of Nebraska as that Illinois game in 05. If not, well, he’ll still lament that game.
The only thing getting rid of gleeson early accomplished was to make it easier to speak with viable candidates/agents before seasons end. Gleeson needed to go and Nunz is not the answer.
One thing we know after today’s game is that Nunz is not the guy.
