Listen, I feel good about this team and. PJ and Herro are finally becoming what we expected, and I couldn’t be happier.

I love 95% of what Cal does, but I don’t see how saying “Don’t look at me” is productive coaching. Go BIG BLUE!

Dude. That was sarcasm, right?

People are incredibly soft these days. There is no doubt many have never played an organized team sport. That’s not an insult. Coaches get in you’re face and beat you down emotionally. It’s just how it’s done. I have never....I mean never seen a solid coach who was passive and nice on the court, field or ice.

When I worked for Morehead St football, one of our coaches yelled “G D Thadius, that play was so bad you make me wanna go home, get my shotgun out, and blow my brains out”


Tad over reaction an to offensive lineman drill in practice

I know of a former D-1 head basketball coach who would get caught by his assistants screaming at players who weren’t even there.

He would sit alone in his office and scream just like it was in the middle of a big game. Takes a little bit of crazy to be a head coach.

I watched it again and it was pretty clear he said..."Come on Nick...listen to what *CatinIL* says and make it happen!"

At least thats what I heard...Did you guys and gals hear something else?
