...when UNC-Cheats culminated the late comeback with that fluke shot by Paige?

I just watched the last four minutes or so on Youtube, and I got a small echo of that sick feeling all over again just watching the replay -- the sense that what I'd feared since OCtober finally coming to pass after thinking I'd dodged the bullet.

I didn't realize just how much I had invested in that pack of corrupt scofflaws not getting rewarded for gaming the system.

At 1st was a bit surprised Paige made that 3 but when Nova made that 3 it made it that much sweeter and will sting that much more for UNC fans forever....the what if they made it to OT lol....

Uh..no I did not get ill..I don't take college BB or any sport that serious. I couldn't care less what NC did or did not do. I couldn't care less what if any penalty comes their way..As I have gotten older I have a different perspective on things.

I couldn't believe that Nova didn't foul when there was 9 seconds left and no one was going for a shot yet for UNC. When he hit that shot, I figured UNC was going to win and I was depressed. But, it was the greatest feeling to see Nova come back and hit that shot.

I knew it was going in lets put it that way. Just a feeling.
For some reason I felt like Nova was going to dagger them too.

As I'm getting older as well I agree with you on everything , but the penalities...I hope they get a lynch mob!! After UK lost I didn't warch another game and I'm looking forward to the 16th.

Too much time in my opinion. Only time I would foul in that situation is with five seconds or less on the clock.

Cant believe I am making my 5000th about of all UNCheats, but I had a fitbit on and my heat rate is normally 72 when sitting but I was so emotionally invested it shot to 110 those last three minutes of the game, I though Nova had it then put the brakes on and could not believe they did not foul, then a off balance three goes in...I just knew UNC had rescued victory from the jaws of defeat....had no doubt that UNC with the momentum and fresher legs would steamroll Nova in OT but then old lady luck showed her smiling face and all is well.

I hate to see coaches try to go in the tank with a 10 point lead and more than 5 minutes left. Cal is one of the worst. It cost us dearly against Wisconsin and almost cost us in 2012.

To answer the OP, I was sick when Paige's double pump baloney went in, and then I had this odd thought that perhaps it had to be that way if Nova was going to dagger them.

No but I did scream reeeeeaaaalllyy loud. Especially because my guy Daniel Ochefu made the huge gamble on defense that failed and left Paige wide open for the shot.

But then I saw there were almost 5 second left on the clock and I said "Nova's got this." And they did. :cool2:

"Gaming the system" makes it sound like they were bending the rules a little. What they've been doing for several decades is outright blatant cheating!

No I didn't get ill because of the game

I got ill listening to Nance and Raftery up UNCs *** that last couple minutes...
