She deserves her own thread! WOW! She may be the best pure 3 point shooter I have ever seen(including the men except for Quincy Douby) and that is going back to the late 70's just amazing and of course the rest of her game but wow if she is open she just doesn't miss from 3!

This is with Diamond playing the one. If Zippy comes back at the one and Diamond is at the two who knows how many threes will go down! That is one, two, three!

And last night Arella was dishing out the assists!!!
Just so you’re aware: Arella leads the team in assists by a large margin; she has 66. Next two teammates have 31 and 30 respectively. Arella is team leader in blocks and is 2nd in steals. She also is averaging 91% from the free throw line. One of the top all around players ever at RU!

Yes, Arella leads the team in apg at more than 5 per game. You can tell watching her play that her passing and finding her teammates for good shots is a priority for her this year.

Through her first 12 collegiate games, Johnson leads the nation in three-point shooting percentage at 53.7%. She has made 36 of 67 attempts from behind the arc, including a ridiculous 18 of 28 from deep over the past four games. The freshman has a chance to topple the program’s single season record of 48.8% shooting from three held by Rutgers legend Cappie Pondexter. Johnson has sparkled all around for Rutgers so far this season, as she averages 18.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.2 steals per contest.

And the one 3-pointer she missed on Weds was a last minute 3 she chucked up at the end of the shot clock when we were up by 25+.
