I just don’t how anyone will fill the void left by Mitch and his 4 NCAA titles in Rifle. Maybe UK can pull an AD from 1 of the 30 Division I, II, or III schools that compete against each other for this distinction?

He would be ok but the online sentiment seems to be Rachel Baker or bust. Imagine the synergy having an AD married to JMI's director of key partnerships! Them Morgan and Morgan digital signs are gonna hit like crack.

I mentioned peevey a couple wks ago and someone acted like I suggested satan himself, but seems like he had a good chance from what I’m reading.

Same. I did months ago and got reamed. Peevy has pulled DePaul outta the gutter. Not an easy task. He has good connections in the basketball world.

I just feel like the UK athletic dept needs an influx of new leadership and fresh ideas. So I'd rather stay away from the Barnhart tree actually.

I ultimately want a Kentuckian butt. Scott is a basketball guy. He was at Kentucky 5 years or so. I don’t think he does anything like Barney does. I think he would relish bringing back the bb program and he has the experience and connections now to bring great fb coaches. They aren’t happy w him at UF bc of the fb program and would probably welcome the change.
