After the class is signed, Devaney has to figure out how he wants to replace Gunderson. Devaney said he tends to prefer promoting from within the department. Do we want an administrator? Do we want to split it 50-50 and have evaluation a part of that? We’ll figure it out in the next couple weeks,” Devaney said. “Then we’ll decide: Do we need to open it up? Do we have people here we feel comfortable with?”
