Since bruisers Facebook thread got locked, I gotta call you out here.

Ridiculous take on churches chicken being better than Popeyes.

That is all...

It would be very unfortunate to go through life without spicy Popeyes chicken...dipped in hot sauce....don’t get me started on how perfectly spiced the fries can be, with a splash of mash potatoes.

You can’t eat it but once a month...internal combustion....keep a stint starboard....however

Popeyes trumps them all imo.

And while their biscuits may not be #1 in the world, they definitely hold their own. Between the spicy chicken, seasoned fries, biscuits, and even their sandwiches, Popeyes is hands down the best all around fast food chicken spot I know

Btw, speaking of biscuits, what has happened to KFC? Used to love those things, but they’re just terrible in comparison these days

Will have to try some the next time I’m in Memphis. On a related note, Gus’s is entirely overrated

Why you mad bro? We can live in a world where I really like Popeyes' chicken sandwich and red beans and rice, while preferring Church's for fried chicken, and especially for their chicken strips.

I eat at Popeyes in Madison about once every 5 years. It takes me that long in between to forget how bad the service was the last time.

Spicy popeyes gave me a bout of food poisoning a few weeks ago, had me down for the whole weekend after picking some up on a friday night. I'm one who has an iron stomach, can recall the very few times in my life that something made me sick since I was 4 or 5.

I hate it, but Popeyes may be crossed off my list of food options for a long time. It may be years before I can bring myself to go back.

Have yall ever had Bojangles? Maybe it's just up this way.

Boberry Biscuits or cajun filet biscuits. Life changing.

This is what you do, and what I did just last Friday. Plan fishing trip. Purchase beer. On the way home, purchase 3 pieces of spicy for each person going fishing. Put both in fridge. Have cold Popeyes for lunch, soaking up 6 hours worth of beer, launching you into the back half of the fishing trip.

Danny's was the Bomb back in the 80's in south Louisiana. Best dirty rice on the planet. So, Bojangles chicken and biscuits RULE!

You haven't lived till you have eaten Gus's Fried chicken. I'm not talking about the franchise locations I'm talking about the one in Mason, TN.

One thing that is very disappointing about Gus's is the variance between franchise locations around Memphis. The one in Southaven is the most consistent where the one in Collerville is the worst. If you want the true experience take the drive to Mason. Honestly it reminds me of going to the old Leatha's BBQ in Foxworth.

Let me clarify that my fat *** likes both but I prefer the lighter batter that Churches uses on their fried chicken. It’s crispy and just the right thickness.

When you post during the day, I imagine you in a tractor on an iPhone as your tractor follows some GPS beacons for doing tractor things. If it weren't for the early mornings, late nights, dependency on the weather and zero knowledge I might have farmed...

Yeah, Danny's was the bomb back then when it was on Lakeland. Oh wait, different Danny's. Never mind.

I don’t get to drive a tractor much anymore unfortunately.

But yes, GPS has changed the game. When I used to drive I would have my iPad mounted in the tractor and watch tv/movies all day.
