for some of them, the most damning thing is their repeat visits. but i do think watson may have crossed several boundaries here. i don’t know enough about the legal aspect as to why two grand juries didn’t indict.
The grand juries didn't endite because there was no evidence. It takes nothing but the want to of the prosecutor to get an enditement. The two district attorney's knew there was no grounds to bring charges but because of the sensitive nature of this case they didn't want to face the feminist backlash for not charging so they both let it go to the grand jury so they could wash their hands of the whole thing.

Two grand juries found no reason to indict him and yet so many on this board have already judged him and condemned him…how sad our society has become!

Do I think he has some issues? Yes! Do I think he’s guilty of sexual misconduct according to the law? Nope! I’m not excusing his behavior, I’m just not condemning him over so many lies and inconsistencies.
i don’t see anybody being unfair to him. people just have different view points. he is an idiot at best who put himself in this situation. all i can think is he must be a sex addict to risk a 300 million dolllar career in that fashion.

If the NFL suspends him I'd sue them for triple my salary. They have no grounds. The code of conduct never says you can't have sex with women. That's all he has done. Consensual, freaky, massage included, sex. He used Instagram to hit on girls and they electively flew to his home knowing it was to sleep with a professional athlete. Just because they've all come forward to say they slept with him, doesn't make him a criminal.

Well, to be fair, the defendants claim is that they are actual licensed massage therapists and not just sex workers.

No judgement here, just waiting to see how it plays out. But, it certainly appears(key word) that DW could've/should've gone to actual sex workers to get his happy-ending "fix" and this wouldn't have been an issue. But, he wanted to get his rocks off spanking it it to attractive Insta-hoes who also are LMTs and got any with it a few times and kept coming back for more.

Maybe not today (and that is questionable in some post) but he has been crucified on this board every since this mess first came out…that’s a fact.

You can tell the guys in this thread who have only had solid relationships with solid women and which ones have unfortunately run into the increasingly more common species of female that are lying sociopaths.

I’m sure solid women aren’t getting paid about 4x what a massage would cost chalking it up to good fortune and being Surprised when They get there more is expected . .. oh year neither are gutter ****** for that matter

Didn’t read, but the synopsis from those who did is that she stopped the massage and stayed to see the culmination of the act. And in fact stayed so close that she was hit by said act.

Not buying that as a truthful
piece of
tale.

i’m aware. but the nfl can come down on him hard. just because something isn’t criminal doesn’t mean it’s not wrong. all our employers have rules. im not judging him as i’ve fvcked up many things. like i said above, he may need some help.

If the women were prostitutes and they had arranged for sex via social media wouldn’t there be evidence on social media supporting that defense ? Wouldn’t the defense have found other evidence in discovery showing that the women were not actual masseuses but prostitutes ?
lol yes because we want to incriminate ourselves as being a John.

Deshaun sounds like a guy that was using his money and celebrity status to reap massive benefits from multiple willing women. Now did some of these situations go overboard? That is the question. If there were any evidence the Grand Jury would have taken the case to trial.

Last year we learned Deshaun’s penis can touch people while he is on his back. Can make women “poo”their pants while on the job. Now we are learning he can hit faces from his back as well. If he never plays football again I do think he has a career in the circus as long as he wants it.

I don't think he did anything criminally wrong but he certainly ain't innocent in all of this. Watch the deposition tapes. Looks bad. Nothing criminally wrong but he wasn't just looking to get messages. He should have just went to a brothel if sex is all he wanted

Dude.. he wasn’t charged .. think about that .. their attorney is leaking **** to negotiate the settlement . Watson cant say she knew I was going to spooge on her that was part of the deal . it’s a one sided assault to grab more money .

This new accuser came out after the grand jury decision

He went to instagram. For professional athletes it's the same thing as a brothel or a club.

It's why there weren't any indictments. The case would have fallen apart as soon as DW's attorney started asking questions. "Have you ever been paid for sex or sexual acts?"

Supposedly he had sex with 3 of the 24 accusers. And that it was consensual. Are the other 21 completely making up their story ?

Fairpoint. However Watson is the face of a billion dollar organization. You cant have a guy ejaculating all over women and have them be the face of your franchise.
I reckon there are some large pornographic companies that would disagree

If she would have said…. He got an erection and then grabbed my wrist forcing me to ejaculate and it got on my chest and face….. Then I would have said guilty.

but if you tell me you massaged him and he got an erection and came on my face then you didn’t honestly object to it.

That’s the thing man. Nobody is actually claiming rape or attempted rape. The media keeps comparing it to Trevor Bauer which is insane. He damn near killed a woman. This is basically people saying he made them very uncomfortable or touched them with a piece of his body or fluids etc.

I believe the fact that these women massaged him multiple times supports the defense, that they weren’t too uncomfortable.

Agree with this 100%. Dude might not have the best morals but it doesn’t make him a criminal or rapist.

Curious to know if anyone here thinks these accusations are fabricated. Either way I don’t see how he doesn’t receive a lengthy suspension by the NFL.

If he would have asked for a straight pull and no massage he would have saved himself a lot of grief. No rub and tug just a straight pull is what I always say.

I remember when a number of the Dallas Cowboys we're operating The White House and when it was discovered, Irvin was suspended by The NFL for 5 games or the zero suspension of Ray Lewis when he plead guilty of a misdemeanor after originally being charged with murder and aggravated assault.
