That’s a big plot of land. Hopefully they develop it well. I’m sure Exile is upset the stadium won’t go forward. It could be a great area. I know a lot of condos and apartments are going in to the east of that parcel.

Honestly pretty excited for Omaha's. Right now they play all the way out in LaVista at Werner, this one will be a lot closer. Plus by the time they're finished, the boys will be old enough to be able to go to games.

Honestly pretty excited for Omaha's. Right now they play all the way out in LaVista at Werner, this one will be a lot closer. Plus by the time they're finished, the boys will be old enough to be able to go to games.

I thought they moved the Creighton this year? Seems a lot better than Werner. Soccer in a baseball stadium, especially in the burbs, feels awkward

Ya, they did. And tbh, Creighton's stadium is nice.

They were playing at Werner bc I believe Union Omaha and Stormchasers had the same ownership group.

the only minor league soccer stadium I have been to is Madison which was pretty cool

in all seriousness I think a low-level soccer team would do okay in the QC

Omaha is in the same league. USL1.

I always thought if Des Moines got a professional soccer team, they should have been in the same league as Omaha and Madison, would have made for a nice regional rivalry. QC might be one of the smaller market USL League 1 clubs
