Is this the same one he's had looming over his head? i've been reading about it for at least a year or two. She sounds less credible every day. But he does seem to have a very wild lifestyle.

Sounds made up. Civil suit, didn't press criminal charges, wanted anonymity. Sure it's possible he is that stupid but I fail to see how a guy who isn't disfigured, and has all that money, and is a huge NBA star (or was) needs to rape someone.

You know, I've somehow managed to avoid that. I think they'll probably do the same.
I'm fully aware. However, I am also aware of the destroy reputations and convict in the public eye first, ask questions later mentality I.e. Duke lacrosse.
It is such an awful thing that we don't want to believe people would use false claims to extort money. I on the other hand think someone would do just that. So I must use some amount of skepticism when hearing these things. Especially since she is only pursuing the money.
