FAU hiring Mississippi State Deputy AD Josh McCowan

Mississippi State Deputy AD Josh McCowan is set to take the AD job at Florida Atlantic University, per multiple reports.

How is this going to effect us? Was the fundraising a mix of Selmon McCowan 50-50? Either way it could be Selmon having a good eye for staff and hopefully can duplicate. When Selmon leaves in a few years possibly bringing McCowan back if he can show that he can make good hires.....
