Not much different than the current admin's free everything for everyone strategy, except the current admin wants to bill foreigners.

Did he say the exact phrase "no entitlement reforms" no, But he openly spoke about the need to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security "without cuts". To me, that's no serious entitlement reforms.

I understood him to mean we must maintain the level of care and must fulfill the level of promise with regards to SS.
