Just doing some casual reading reading tonight after a relaxing day celebrating the 4th of July and ran across this article. A list of the top cities in America losing population. As I was reading the list, I was astonished to see most of the cities are run by Democrats! In fact, among the top 10---ALL were headed by Democrat Mayors!
