The lady was laughing at the end of the video. After working in the house many times, you get an education that is funny and it can make you mad as hell to think about what you were just laughing at. The nice little old lady that you have known most of your life becomes aggressive and crooked as hell inside the house at closing time when you are attempting to reconcile the records and tabulate the ballots. Over the years, I would say the most crooked were High School Principle(male) and Elementary School Principle(female). They were nothing short of ruthless, arrogant, and uncaring. The next day, they returned to their respectable selves - pillars of the community.
