They've been coming here since the 1960's so this is not something you can blame on one political party but for the record, they have a higher labor participation rate than the national average. There are work arounds to the scotus ruling. They will be brutal, but it is what it is. Thankfully kavanaugh already laid the groundwork for congressional corrections to SCOTUS's failed interpretation of the 14th ammendment that do not require any new ammendments to the constitution.
