So, just so I’m clear: you think the Dems purposely filled the memo with info they knew would be denied, just so Trump would deny it...and they can accuse him of being biased, right?
Nope, they wanted him to redact it so they could say that he is hiding crap. Now they're just wasting time.

Stop for a minute, and play this ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Dems have come to gunfight with toenail clippers. (Hint) White House lawyers suggested the DOJ was available to them for consultation.

I was asking about the Nunes memo, and I was only aware of the FBI statement from Wray stating that they were against the release due to material omissions that impact the memo’s accuracy, but I was unaware of a DOJ specific review and response.
They looked at it twice that has been publicized, possibly more. Two not named said it was factual, Rosenstein and Wray mildly protested.
I don’t think the FBI statement was mild. I didn’t see a statement from Rosenstein, not that he didn’t give one
