Humphrey drops another 3rd out and it leads to 4 runs. Why is it so hard for him to catch a fly ball? He looks like someone who hasn't played much outfield.

Team will go nowhere with such bad defense.

If I read his lips correctly after the play, he may have lost the ball in the lights or the sun.

Humphrey is very good at the plate and had the best at bat of the night against the FSU starter. But he’s just a freshman, so he’s showing some of that inexperience with that inconsistency. He’ll get better.

Completely agree about the poor play in the field. This team must improve in the field to get to Omaha.

Cards actually got to Practice on the field last night. Worked on pop ups and fly balls…

Granted, it was another costly error that once again could have affected the outcome of this game; but if he lost it in the lights it does not necessarily reflect on his ability. Isaac would not be the first UL freshman to make a few bad plays, but turns out to be most valuable before he leaves here. This kid is very talented.

The way that FSU pitcher was throwing last night, Humprhey's error wouldn't have made that big of a difference. It was the turning point in the game, but Cards only put up one run. That dude was a beast.
