We won the CWS on the back of our defense. Zero errors in seven games in unreal. The only miscue was the fly ball lost in the lights against Texas.
For a team that was so bad defensively on the left side of the IF for long stretches this season, that got shored up big time by the end. James was very solid and Forsythe was phenomenal at SS- he has a chance to be our best defensive SS ever.
