Not sure how much of the LB situation is lack of talent vs lack of PT but definitely a source of concern at the moment. The secondary worries me more. I don't see talent there.

It's not the secondary. It's the lack of a pass rush. A secondary is only as good as the pressure on the QB, just like an RB is only as good as his OL.
