How did NU get a guy with ANY kind of a job in the NFL to come on board as a grad assistant? Did we triple what we pay grad assistants? Nice addition.

Maybe he wanted to get into coaching, in which case getting your feet wet at a name college program as a grad assistant is a good way to start. Guessing alot of programs might be hesitant to hire an analyst as a coach if they haven't done on-field coaching. Just a guess though.
