He is a Sr in HS, so he wouldn’t be playing for us this season anyway. Not sure why the 2020 season being cancelled would be a factor in his decision.I'm shocked that football players want to attend schools where they can play football.
Buckle up.

What? The leadership and communication have been pathetic, but they aren’t cancelling forever. The BIG has communicated zero plans for playing football on the future.
There is no plan to date save cancellation.

OK? Is he heading to ND?
Considering that they just made the decision on Fall 2020, it is very possible that they don't have one yet. Nor is it unreasonable for there not to be one at this time....and, even if they do have one, none of us are entitled to know about it until they are ready to announce it.What's the startup plan? Spring 2021? Fall 2021? What if the virus still exists then? Fall 2022? Warren sure doesn't seem to have any idea.
Not sure. 6’4 with decent speed. We recruited him as an OLB, but his HS team played him in the middle, most of the time, to take advantage of his speed, even though he is a little on the thin side. That’s the rumor. Chain reaction as ND is about to lose a DE to OU. Is he any good? Pretty average offer list.
Of course they don’t owe us anything... it’s called staying ahead of the curve. Most intelligent people know if they are going to communicate unpopular news that they need to also communicate alternatives and keep people informed. I get they are hopeful for playing in the spring. But who really thinks that’s a viable option? What is the plan? Give us something more than just, “We hope to play in the spring.” If they plan on spring but cancel that, all bets are off moving forward until C-19 is settled.Considering that they just made the decision on Fall 2020, it is very possible that they don't have one yet. You seem to think they owe us answers upon demand. News flash....they don't.
Just addressing how Mack seemed to be demanding answers.Of course they don’t owe us anything... it’s called staying ahead of the curve. Kirk Herbstreit seemed to think spring was possible. It would involve a shortened spring schedule (6-8 games), less preseason practice (HS kids play their 1st game on 3 weeks of practice-- no reason a college team can't for a season), and a later start to the Fall 2021 season.
Now for people that insist on a full slate of 12-13 regular season games, or 24-26 games in 12 months, then no, that isn't happening.

May have nothing to do with his decision. It does show which conferences put their players and coaches wants over their political agendas. If I was a player and my goal was to get to the NFL, I would be making sure the school and conf I choose will play ball no matter what.He is a Sr in HS, so he wouldn’t be playing for us this season anyway.
