You'd think they would have already made it then. Many RU athletes are already back on campus.

Decision ? Yeah right . More like putting it off .
They will probably just announce the season Is starting in February and going to June . Or something like that. It won’t be a decision. It will be a desperate move to buy time until the new year . Then they will see which way the wind is blowing and be forced into the real decision.

If the decision is by September, there is no way we’re having a season.

It's over. They cancelled football. There's no way things are magically ok two months later

We will never see a NCAA tourney game with geo Baker in it

Not much reason to believe that Covid-19 won’t be around for the rest of our lives. So I guess we’re just going to cancel in person learning and all school sports forever. This generation of American youth will raise academic cheating to a high art form.

Is there any reason to be optimistic we’ll see anything resembling a normal basketball season that includes fans in the stands?

Things appear really bleak right now.

Rutgers in B1G is over. This virus is here to stay. Even with vaccine people will get just like regular flu. It will now be regional conferences. Rutgers Syracuse UMass Seton Hall Monmouth Pitt Rider Penn St UConn etc. No big travel expenses. Games will be broadcast remotely to save money. Its a new beginning. Be ready to embrace it.
