He has a good QB who came from Indiana.. would like to see how good they’re next season with out him..

He has had good QB’s at every stop. Maybe he is a great developer of QB’s, maybe he just gotten lucky. It is a pretty small sample size.

Agree. Very small sample size. I think NU is in a place, however, where coaches with a large sample size of being really good at a power 5 school aren’t going to leave their current gig for NU.

we are in a position where we have to try to predict who is going to be great before they have a large of a sample size that the NU job is no longer that attractive

one year likely isn’t long enough and doubt he would leave after just one year

There's no doubt a great QB is really important to the success of a P5 team these days. No doubt about it. But that means you need a head coach who can evaluate, get and develop a great QB. Don't know who that is but that's why Trev has a high paid search firm to do tons of analysis for him.
