You guys who have been slurping Trilly need to own up to it that he got this one wrong. All of you were saying it was Indiana up until yesterday.

He had a full rundown of exactly what was happening throughout the end of Boogie’s recruitment, hence the hinting of IU buzz. His only misses have been Flory (which was a wild recruitment) and a random one, other than that he’s on a major heater.

I’m sure the dude has a connection to what’s going on behind the scenes somewhere but the Op is referencing the people here that worship TD and act like what he says is the gospel. I think crystal ball predictions should have to be made a week in advance to get credit. Some of these guys will change the day of and still get credit for being right.. lol

Trilly definitely has sources but he picked IU, his accuracy much like the others is so good because he switched his pick about 8pm last night. Now if CB picks had to come in let’s say a week before announcing then we could see who knows the most info. Alas we just have to choose who to listen to, but like always the day or 2 before the pick usually tells the story.

What's the big deal? Many make recruiting mistakes. I am not a Trilly friend or foe but your remarks are almost hateful. Hateful toward the guy for telling fortunes better than you do. Which he does. Geez, Grow up, you simply sound jealous.

I get what Saul is saying, but Trilly is about accurate as it gets. I think he has only missed once. I now know he likes to tweet out gifs to mess with people a little, but when it’s time to make a prediction he is spot on

I don't really get what he is saying.

It's like watching a shooter make 10 straight threes, and then he misses number 11, and you run to a message board to tell everyone "Did you see he missed that shot?! I told you he's a ****** shooter!"

Just makes no sense and it's a weird thing to do.

But I'm on a Kentucky Basketball message board at 2AM on a Friday night, which is also a weird thing to do, so who am I to talk.

His breakdown of the recruitment makes sense. To be fair to him he never came out and said it’s IU just laid out the GIF saying that’s where the recruitment felt at that time. I think Fland’s team did a good job of keeping the choice a secret honestly.

Given your history of reading the absolute worst into just about everything posted here, your last statement isn't a surprise.

It has more to do with people trying to shut down recruiting optimism (like @Fox2monk and myself were optimistic regarding UK's chances of landing Fland) because Trilly Donovan had predicted Indiana.

Keep up. You constantly sound like the old man who doesn't know what the heck is going on, only to create a whole argument based on your ignorance anyway.

He’s 55/57 and usually the guy who predicts before everyone else knows the choice. I think he’s more connected than this entire board combined, so why discredit?

He was first to publicly predict UK after all the IU hype.

Rafters has weird things happen all the time lol. I like Saul as a poster, we can disagree and it not be a problem. But I like that Trilly donavon account more now because he is starting to give a behind the scenes look at things, I think that is really cool.

I think everyone with a brain can see, on a regular basis, what goes on with you. You crave attention, yeah, on a message board. There are many good posters, interesting posters, on this board. You were relegated long ago because you are in the far inferior tier of posters.

One of my favorite message board maneuvers is this: when people have no argument they try to involve others into their cause. Speak for yourself. That should be sufficient if you have any confidence in your actual argument.

I like trilly. I do. He’s giving good recruiting insight for free.

I just think he missed on this one. Like i said, he may have changed course in the 11th hour. But a week prior he was more or less calling it for IU. All the while one of our own site admins was cautioning us not to give up yet.

(Seriously, Travis Graf is the best “recruiting insider” we’ve ever had here imo).

Yes they were, the only ones too. I was on IU’s site saying the guys saying UK were reliable and the IU people i had never heard of, one was a Rutgers guy.

I have no argument. I simply read about the opinion you wrote on Trilly. My opinion differs. Pretty simple.
You were the only one I responded to and no one else was involved.
