I can understand fans being impatient and wanting a kid to make a decision but it is the decision of the kid and his family, not us fans. I'm as anxious about his final choice as anyone, as it could mean the difference of winning a title and maybe not, but I respect the kid and will wait to hear something directly from him. I am not going to feel hostage to some young man's choice of schools to play basketball. I love UK basketball, and all UK sports in general, but there are far more things in life to be involved in on a daily basis. So, OP, I do not share your thoughts and will pass on trying to insult a kid just because he hasn't made his decision on our time frame.

The guy is making a life changing decision in all likelihood. He is doing the right thing in taking his time and weighing all options. Maybe he liked other places just as well as UK and is having trouble deciding. Cal is the best at getting players ready for NBA but Barnes has put plenty of players in the league. Hell he just got 3 drafted that were not even top 100 recruits in their classes.
Yes we all think UK is the only logical choice but sadly that is not true. Maybe he feels more comfortable with players and coaches from other teams, Cal is not easy on players and will not change for anyone. Sometimes people just do not click and if you aren'the happy chances are your play will show it. Take a chill pill and give him as much time as he needs to make the best decision for him not you. It will feel just as good or bad whenever he decides.

It appears you are having a difficult time choosing between the greatest basketball program in the world and 2 or 3 wanttabe’s. This should have been an easy decision given that fact, but you still regress.

We love our basketball players, Cal and UK. We also want kids that want to be a part of our great program. We expect our kids to make good decisions and perform well in class. We are concerned about your ability to perform well as a graduate student due to your inability to make such an easy choice when it’s right in front of you.

Due to your inability to make such an easy decision we have decided to move on and win our ninth NC without you. In closing, I’d like to offer my condolences to you and your family. VT, TN, AK, FL and any other program you may choose to play for this year will not get you into the NBA. Mission accomplished. I am crazy and crazy is a good place to be sometimes. Some of you should try it sometime and some of you are already there and just don’t know it. My post has allowed some of you to vent your frustrations at me; instead of constantly posting the same BS over and over and over again about KB. Some of you are so easy to upset. Some of you get it. Some of you will never get it.

Rupp’sRunt knows and understands my intention for the thread. It upset some of you. It allowed some of you to show your dark side. Some of you played along and wrote your own letter.

We all become frustrated at times with waiting on recruits to make a decision. Why? Because we all know UK should be the obvious choice. A lot of you have said exactly what I said in my thread in the numerous KB threads over the last 2 weeks. The only difference is it was spread out over 500 plus post.

For those of you that posted negative things about the thread, I hope you feel better now. It a least gave you something else to think about for a minute. For those of you that wanted to say some of the things I posted I hope you feel better now. As for me, I’m feeling great and have no regrets. Trolling is so easy with some of you. You’re like a hungry bass just waiting to pounce on an innocent little bug in the water.

I am of the opinion everyone else is—KB is crazy not to come here. I also think that every day this drags out is potentially good for UK and Cal bc I believe UK was his initial pick. If he wavered down the stretch but is now reconsidering, that could be in UKs favor.

We will all know at some point. Please tho anyone saying Cal is not interested or wouldn’t take KB now is just spitting sour grapes. Cal and the whole gang would welcome him with open arms.
