Best wishes go out to Coach Stringer and my hope that everything turns out OK for her and family
Would have been nice if the team and staff knew back during the summer. Hard to fathom this was a last minute decision by CV
We have no idea what the team and the staff knew behind closed doors.
Bruce Beck on 11pm news just reported the CVS issue. He seemed to indicate there might be a problem with Janine, her daughter.
Obviously we all want nothing but the best of health for both her and her daughter.
An article I seen had this in it about being concerned for her daughter
"She skipped Big Ten media day last month, where a Rutgers team spokesman said she was worried about the lack of testing this season compared to last season and the rise of the Delta variant, among others. She also doesn’t want to transmit the disease to her daughter, who is at a higher risk due to spinal meningitis she’s had since she was 2."

I would speculate she raised her concerns with Hobbs during contract negotiations and Vivian has Rutgers full support to do what she believes best for her and her daughter .
We might not like the lack of information being shared, but it was a private matter that's really not the type that the public needs to know.
They montered the situation, hoping for positive change, and without any improvement from April, the public then was then informed .of Stringer not going to coach this season.
