The problem with Dean at the 4 is that means backup 5 minutes go to Agee which I don't want to see. Only for spurts in certain matchups. It might be needed against OSU

Not really but we'll see how he looks rest of the season and what the portal brings. Mag can play some 4 too which is a nice mix of contrasting styles for different lineup options

Vs Northwestern he had 7 points in only 7 minutes. Added 2 steals.

Vs Neb he only played 5 minutes. Had 3 blocks and an assist.

Ya, he should be playing more then that.

Ive never heard of a bball player getting busted for roids. Id try to get some needles in him. If he bulks up he could be solid

It does sound like a stretch going from bit player to starter in one offseason, but as I mention above I think his play is demanding more minutes now. Does need to continue to develop though, no doubt.

I feel the need for Reib's to bulk up is over played. It would certainly help, but he looks fine in terms of build imo.

We need a real portal transfer backup 5, then Dean can play the 4 next year. There was a brief period in this game where Dean and Cliff played. I would like more of this in second halves if there is no foul trouble. With both of them on the court ( especially with Dean’s outside shooting) would present a challenge to the opponents. Imagine the options this gives Paul when he drives to the paint.

I can see both things happening. Cliff and Dean play 2 minutes together, then Cliff sits while Dean takes the 5 spot for 2 minutes.

So what you are saying is when Dean builds his stamina up he can be better than his current production and contribution are or have been? The more he plays and the more he physically grows the more productive he will become.I don’t think anyone disputes that factoid. He’s still young as is Cliff .
