Man I was just on the Davidson board to get a feel for our upcoming game with them. They really seem to think they will beat us. Lots of talk about beating us wouldn't even be their best win. They don't seem that educated with basketball, talking about us like it was Dec.. Saying we play one on one ball, can't shoot the 3 and will struggle against their 3 point shooting. Doesn't sound like the team I have been watching lately. I don't know I only looked at 5-6 pages, it went on many more pages, like 11+ or so. They talk about academics like we are UNC and despise Cal, mentioned one and done over and over. They also mention here and that we are ********, etc... Plenty of non Ky fans and even Ky fans not giving us much credit over there. Typical, I guess. Man, Davidson with some **** talking, ok.
If we play like we have I hope we bury them. No doubt they are the best 12 seed and we need to have all focus on them as they mention we are over looking them. I don't think Cal will and hopefully the team gets you can't overlook anyone in March. I think they will come out with fire and the underdog spirit for awhile, but in the end if we play like we have I can't see us being close in the second half. Only real team they have beaten is RI, who I was never thinking was ll that great. I guess good to hear some **** talking and hate from them, I hope we destroy them. Greetings from a UD flyer fan. I will be rooting hard for you guys Thursday night. Beyond the fact that we are conference brethren, I really like your program. After UD, Davidson is my second favorite team in the A-10. Awesome coach, passionate fans, teams that are always fundamentally sound and fun to watch. So it is a foregone conclusion that I am pulling for you.
The coup de grace is that i DESPISE Kentucky basketball. I mean I really really hate them. A hatred that goes back to the 80's. They have the most arrogant and ignorant fans in college basketball. Visit their board (Rupps Rafters) and you will see what I mean. Many are scoffing at the thought of Davidson beating them. They think their sh** doesn't stink. They are mostly ********.
Please please beat them. This truly is a game of good vs. evil. Luke Skywalker vs. Darth Vader. John McClane vs. Hans Gruber. Dora vs that swiper fox dude.
