Very underrated, the guys behind the scenes don’t often get the accolades but are just as important! Between nutrition, a real strength coach and a tougher team mentality. Can’t wait to see what’s in store over next 2-3 yrs!
Man, all the peace’s are getting put together here. There should be no reason we can start owning the West (at very least) in the next couple years. Being a blue blood football program along with this coaching staff and then adding in a S&C cord and now Ellis with the best nutritionalist out there. We should be able to get the talent and players, the S&C and nutrition specialist ought to blow these guys up and Frost and his staff should mold them into beasts. I’m definitely excited.
Nutrition always comes first. You can have the best S&C around but if your diet is crap it won’t matter.
