proves if you stick around with a good solid coach through thick and thin youll find success. last yr baylor only won like 3 games, did they say no thats not good enough for us and fire there head coach and start all over again? no they kept him around doubled down and there patience paid off this year with a big twelve title. just food for thought..

no but 2020 shouldnt really count for frost an with how bad mike reilly left the trenches, yr 1 is questionable to. basically he's been here four years but in more fairness maybe more like two or three yrs
As many have already pointed out 4 bad years under Frost with no improvement. Year 5 is his chance to turn it around and show improvement. But it’s up to Frost to do this.
i wouldnt say no improvement, if yr 1 team plays yr 4 team I think yr 4 team wins assuming am plays for yr 4 team

If Year 1 team plays Year 4 team, I presume Year 4 team dominates the stats and then manages to lose by one score.
Improvement is measured in wins and losses considering that is the only thing that matters when all is said and done.

Yes. I would rather average more than 9 wins per year with some blow out losses than average less than 5 wins per year but no blowout losses - but I’m strange in that I prefer winning to losing

You can pick and choose what should/shouldn't count? Year 4 and FROST won 3 games. Want to blame recruiting? All on FROST. Want to blame coordinators and position coaches? All on FROST. It was YEAR 4. Stop with the stupid posts, OP.
Record-wise there was no improvement and in the end that is what matters. Close and Moral victories don’t count.

Not only is the program NOT improving under Frost, it is actually getting worse. Year Four with a four-year starting QB, and managed only three wins. Massive failure no matter how you measure it. Solich, Callahan, and Pelini all would have done much better this season, without question. So why stick with Frost? I'm all for giving the right guy long-term support to get things fixed, but it is a real stretch to say Frost is the right guy.
I didn't say that nor do I consider a winning record as 'a bunch of games ". Moaning and groaning now isn't healthy. If you hate Frost and want him to fail. ..well I guess you're entitled to that opinion.
This thing has a lot of similarities to solich. Fan base was split and we had a subpar season. Changes were made and things turned around and solich probably shouldn't have been fired because we never got to see the benefit totally of those changes.
HOPEFULLY Frost is learning and growing. I sure don't want another bad year. Guess I am a Huskers first and always. If we don't improve than changes will be made. Improvements won't take much.

Yeah. It's not like we're 9-3 and just need to give him more time to make it right. I'm not a fair weather fan just because our football coach no longer has my support. I root for NU. I could make the argument that if you support Frost at this point you must really hate NU.

To me, our players are better than Riley. They are in better physical shape to. Defense is better than under Riley.
Has he made mistakes
. Oh heck yes. I'm reserving judgment until I see the full body of work with new oc and other assistants. If he doesn't pull in some real winners I will shake my head. I guess I'm the eternal optimist. Success next year rather than not which would mean another disappointing cellar yearI am coming around on Trev’s decision. He is clearly in control and running the program. He has made the difficult decisions that needed to be made and having his errand boy play the head coach.

I spent a lot of time on sic em 365 on you tube (great show) since the announcement of 0u and ut leaving.
and they talk to aranda a lot. he seems to want to stay put. (even though I think it would be great for 0u)
and if going riley wouldn't go to the sec, I'm not sure aranda would he kinda fits at baylor....
especially with the past troubles baylor has had, aranda seems like a pretty straight arrow, thats needed...
and I hear the baylor donors don't have empty pockets, so they may be able to match whatever 0u throws out.
people say kiffen would just show up for a few years then leave..but he's definitely not scared of going to the sec.
