Total street ball player on O. His whole mindset looks to be to score. He forces so many plays. If he is on, like the 1st half at St John's, it is fun to watch. If he is off, it is a train wreck.

I swear, we'd be better off if YOU were on the staff (not that your input would be welcome as an assistant during games).
I think Daniels needs to get his minutes when Sanders sits out.
Hopefully Daniels tonight works hard on the defensive end and only looks to create when the shot clock runs down.
My greatest fear is that he enters the game and has a ridiculously easy time attacking the defense of a poor team and goes off and succeeds playing the way that is counter productive against real teams.

There are what, 351 teams in D-1? He would start at over 100 of them. He is a D-1 player so easy on the hyperbole...he just can't hang with anyone in the top 150 on most nights. I'm not acting like the guy is an NBA prospect, but to say he isn't D-1 shows a lack of understanding of the entire college basketball landscape and the level of talent throughout.

Now according to you he is a D1 talent (which in your mind doesn't contradict your statement that he isn't a D-1 player), its the coaches fault it isn't manifesting. I wasn't debating that RU was D-1...rather that Bishop could play, and in fact start at many D-1 schools. Just not B1G/major conference schools. So, my original contention is correct, yes? Your original statements were wrong, yes?
Daniels still drives into traffic. I like his aggressiveness, but he needs to understand before he goes if he is going to have a chance to get to the basket. If he can keep his head up and pass off of the drive, we would end up with more open looks. He tries to force it, and against better competition we have already seen that he ends up in trouble and his shot either gets blocked or has no chance to go in.

He did some good things, but still did a lot of the things that get our offense in trouble....but it worked against such a bad team. You can see there was a concerted effort to dig in more on the defensive end, especially in his 1st few minutes. Taking PT away often times works.
