Remember the great Wimp Sanderson quote when asked how many of his kids had graduated..."every one of them that wanted to". It's the same dynamic with kids getting drafted. They have to want it, and some of our players didn't want it enough. You can't say Cal didn't give them a chance. You can't say he didn't provide them a stage.

It think given more time there was a good chance Cal could have developed Skal into a better player, but tough to do a lot in less than a year at UK. Also obviously Skal was overrated to begin with. Lee did improve some but he is just not a good shooter and sometimes it's hard to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
