Damn Bama cleaned up. Their recruiting

Class is unreal. And they landed players from all over. Not just the south. They grabbed 4 and 5 stars from Iowa, ks, Missouri to name a few states

He’s old and the game is passing him by and he’s going to ride off into the sunset, etc. These people haven’t been paying attention. Bama had only 7 players drafted last year. If one correlates that to the 27 they recruited this year, it only equates to a 25% success rate for all the 4 and 5 star players they get. Are they really developing their players for the League?

With the portal, Bama will have to run a bit faster to stay in place. They’ll always lose younger kids who know they can be on a depth chart elsewhere. But they will always get the first crack at the high end talent.
