My question is, if he masturbated near her the ejaculated on her back, why would she not have went to the police? Why wait till now to file the suit? Is that normally how long it takes?

I'm going to guess he was paying her as a trainer at the time and he's not now.
So was he her only source of income? And she decided to continue training him until he fired her? That’ll hold up in court.
There are copies of the texts where he bragged about it in the lawsuit. If this is true then it's gonna be out of the pats hands, Roger Goodell will have all the ammo he needs to shelf him.

So to expand. I’m 55. When I was 15 I said GD. Me and a friend agreed that wasn’t gonna happen anymore. Punched either other in the arm hard until it wasn’t said anymore. Quit 40 yrs ago but even as a 15 year old I’d never say it where everyone could see. The lead thread should be eliminated. It’s just wrong!

His lawyer is going to settle out of court. If someone accuses Antonio Brown of being the 2nd shooter behind the grassy knoll, his *** is getting convicted at this point.

Funny thing is that I actively try to avoid saying it at work since someone on my team is an active Christian who cringes when he hears it. Its simply polite and being a decent person to try and accommodate others you have a relationship with during communication.
But this is a message board with a 17ton of people reading and posting. Its unrealistic for each poster to tailor their words to accommodate everyone else, so I pointed that out. At least the other poster respects everyone while pointing out they say stuff that the poster doesnt respect.

Based on the NY Times story, it's a little more plausible than that. 1st time was unwanted kissing. 2nd time was the spider manning, 3rd time was the rape. Still kind of crazy that she went back to hang out with him after the spider man incident b/c he apologized, but not as implausible.
