False. Russ was on McCollum a lot yesterday and McCollum was locked u for majority of the night. Yall going to act like Westbrook didn't hit some big shots to get them back in the game or put them up big.
When you take 31 shots you better hit a few big shots.

And since he was trash talking Dame he should have took responsibility and guarded him the majority of the time .

Russ is an amazing player. I think his problem is he thinks he should be averaging 20 points per game, and he is simply not the shooter to do that. Yes the triple double average for the season is incredibly impressive but those rebounding and assist numbers will be just as high even if he stops taking shots that he hits at a 30% clip which he seems unwilling to do.

It is not so much slipping through the cracks as it is maturing later than the other talent. It is putting in the work to get better rather than resting on one’s laurels.

Look at Ben Simmons. Good ball player that has yet to expand his game - no 3 pointers in his NBA career. He does not work on it.
Simmons is still an all star as a player with a significant flaw. He was rated accurately as a prospect IMO

There's a report out saying he was having dinner with his family watching the Rockets game and told his family "I'm getting rid of these MFer's tomorrow."

It's about when he hit the shots. He hit a lot of big 4th quarter shots. All I'm saying is everyone is putting this loss on him, but there is another superstar on the roster who actually had the game winning shot put up in his face and he had more 4th qrt. **** ups.

Sure PG had the game winning shot on him but that doesn’t excuse Russ. In fact you can’t even blame PG considering the shot that Dame made. It’s not like he let him blow by him for a layup .

The majority of that was on Russ anyway not George . Russ also threw up a stupid shot on their last possession before the Dame shot .

Both PG and Russ get blame for their play down the stretch but Paul George definitely played better for most of the game than Russ did.

The nba is a me league

Agreed for the most part, guess we can just call Russ the king of the turds. I just hate that he will be side by side with the likes of the Big O when kids in 30 years are looking back at the record books. What a shame..

You’re a hater Russ plays the game harder than anyone we’ve seen since AI. Everyone hated him too

I am a Russ hater, not afraid to admit it. He is a good player that is so much of an ego maniac that he can’t win when it matters due it needing to be a self-centered style of play.

And AI couldn’t win in the playoffs either. What a terrible comparison

Winning is a team accomplishment. Dan Marino is one of the greatest quarterbacks ever never won a title. Many average QBs have

Blazers got a good shot at the West finals. Denver or San Antonio are not scary opponents at all.
