Anybody catch the end of the 2nd episode of Hard Knocks? Dak is getting some compression therapy and one of the linemen is giving Dak **** about only beating LSU once during his 5 years at MSU. Love that Dak never makes excuses for being a Bulldog.

It was La'el Collins and he is Dak's enforcer on the o-line. Watch this season, anyone that touches Dak will get a Collins boot in the ***.
Collins got the shaft. Right before the draft, his pregnant ex girlfriend was murdered and word leaked he was going to get questioned by police. He took a polygraph, paternity test, turned over his phone and had tons of witnesses saying he was in New Orleans when she was killed in Baton Rouge. He was cleared right after questioning, but the damage was done. Dude lost $20+ million and signed with the Cowboys for the free agent rookie max... $1.5 million.
Now he and Dak are locker mates.

OK. Thanks for the back story on Collins. It was good natured ribbing for sure. Just getting into this season’s hard knocks. Sounds like a similar situation to what Dak dealt with when he got slapped with the bogus DUI right before the draft making him a 4th round steal.
Biggest disappointment to me in Hard Knocks - so far - is Dak throwing F-bombs when he leaves the practice field after injuring his shoulder. Doesn't do much for his image with youngsters. No doubt Dak is an intense competitor, but hey, there's microphones everywhere these days.
Collins will be fine. Signed a 5/$50 million deal a couple of years ago. He's not Dak rich, more like Fishwater rich.
I don’t think many parents who know what hard knocks is knowingly letting their kids watch it. And if the kids are watching hbo at night on their own, then they won’t be affected by his mouth.
One of the worst posts of all time. Right up there with “my son heard Brandon Walker cuss in a sports bar”.
Collins was also on that 2014 LSU team…he was one of the ones getting especially amped up on the 3rd / 4th down plays of that goal line stand we had. I’m sure he’ll never forget Dak putting his boy Jalen Mills in the turf like a rag doll, no matter what happened in the other 3 games.
Not quite the same deal. Dak was projected as a 4th - 5th rounder even without the DUI that he was eventually cleared on. Had no real impact to his draft stock.
Growing up with a southern grandmother in Holmes county, Dak dropping a few 17’s is nothing
