No, it is not. It is nothing more than a requirement to perform the duties and observe the policies for which they are paid. They are not restricted outside of work hours.
They are no more restricted than I am from expressing my personal beliefs by going to my office, or a client's office, standing on my desk and expressing my political opinion for everyone to see or hear.
I can do it without fear of being arrested, but I would almost assuredly by fired, and justifiably.

America never stopped being great. You can't make America great AGAIN without bringing up America's racist and sexist past with it. So when you are nostalgic for an older time period you get lumped in with also being nostalgic for a more racist sexist society and now you've aligned yourself with that to the world's perception for the rest of your life.
