I got some different scenarios here another thing that will effect the game in D2 will be if Mead wins to give Elmwood Murdock more points. In all of these I have Mead winning so Elmwood Murdock gets an extra 5 points. Most of the changes will happen in the East, and the West stayed relatively the same.

If Palmyra, Wisner-Pilger and Elkhorn Valley win. And no upsets
