And yet here you are posting a link to a cdc findings out of Kentucky to try to refute a point. What is absurd is you are literally trying to compare a study that had 250 participants to one that had like 90000. SMH Feel free to correct the grammatical errors if you so choose because you know everyone is a english major who posts on a message board.

And the point some of us have been making all along. There have been no/zero replicated and peer reviewed studies anywhere, on anything, other than masks don’t work. The rest is still up for scientific exploration although we find out more and more every day that the long term exposure to vaccines looks more harmful than good. The Pharma companies aren’t being truthful 100% and the data keeps getting remorphed to new narratives.

No one should ever give up their ability to discern poop when it’s smells like someone shat in their pants. This is exactly what people who are exercising their inalienable rights are doing, all the while the vaccinated people truly have no clue of the long term ramifications of a experimental vaccine with no proven history or peer reviewed information based on the scientific method.

There is zero/NO proof for people touting the vaccine against using the health of their own body and no one should ever fear death. Period.

It's interesting that natural immunity is favored protection among all diseases-even those with which we have a vaccine. But, again covid is special.

I’m not just using one study out of Kentucky. Ive linked multiple studies - you’ve been using just one out of Israel.

Who said you’re 100% safe from covid with the vaccine? That’s never been the case - nothing will 100% prevent you from getting covid, not natural immunities and not a vaccine. However, what the vaccine WILL do is decrease the severity of your symptoms and lower the reinfection chance - similar to natural immunity.

Thankfully the Defense secretary had this to say about the outbreak: “Our crew are double vaccinated so you’ll be glad to know there is no serious effects on any of the crew and we will manage it.”

secondly, wrt the Yankees “Seven of the infected members are asymptomatic and two have mild symptoms.” So I guess thankfully they’re all vaccinated as their symptoms are all pretty mild. The article later states that the Yankees distributed the J&J vaccine which has the highest infection chance of the big 3 vaccines.

I have used one very large study that proves natural immunity is performing better than the vaccine. I have also provided multiple links to studies that prove that natural immunity is effective and long lasting in preventing covid reinfection. You just want to ignore the findings because it doesn't fit your jab everyone narrative. One of the findings you posted had nothing to do with natural immunity. One was the Kentucky findings that had like 250 participants. The last one was the Israeli study that backs natural immunity is better than vaccination. What are you talking about little guy? You are putting all your eggs in the Kentucky study of 250 people compared to the Israel study that had 100000. You try to pull up random doctors talking about "possible" limitations and then buy into a study that is limited to one state and 250 people. I guess that makes since in bizarro world. I will make it easy for you
My natural immunity is better than yours deal with it.

I see now you didn’t read any of the links provided by yourself or myself, considering two of the links you yourself sent don’t corroborate your own claims. I mean, ****, the Israeli piece even says that your immunity is better with one shot of Pfizer than with natural immunity and I quoted the exact statement for you on the previous page.
I do like how you're stuck on the Kentucky study, despite me linking two other studies in that same post corroborating my stance. It’s almost as if you’re being disingenuous and don’t really have a clue about what you’re discussing.

Oh I read all of them little guy. All of the the links that I provided corroborate the science of natural immunity being sufficient on its own preventing reinfection to covid19 for those who are unvaccinated. The Israel study also says it performs better that vaccination alone. I actually quoted the exact line that says natural immunity performs better than vaccination alone in the israel study.Again you must not have read the links you provided. Sure getting vaccinated might add better protection maybe but that is highly debated as is the boosters are.The huge Cleveland study I linked earlier backs up this claim. You claim your vaccine provides enough protection and then turn around and say oh well if you have natural immunity you should just get the jab just because well you know you need a better protection...Why in the world do I need a better protection? The answer is you don't. Your failure to acknowledge this fact and go around in circles makes you look like you have an agenda.

Let’s rehash these since you claim I didn’t read them shall we. The first link claims vaccinating adds a benefit to those with previous infection. A claim I never disputed despite all your rhetoric. I will say that it is highly debated amongst the medical community as to that benefit just as boosters are. Read the Cleveland study I linked earlier as evidence.Nothing about how natural immunity performs on its own.

The second link also talks about the benefit. It is a Israel study write up. It also says that natural immunity provided a greater protection than vaccinating alone. This important part of the link you choose to ignore. Yet claiming to believe the rest of it hmmm.

The next link is the Kentucky cdc study. A study of 250 individuals in one state. You back this study without question because it backs you jab everyone narrative. Then turn around and question a study and raise concerns about the Israel study of the entire country with a 100000 people that proves that natural immunity alone is outperforming the vaccine. Cherry picking at its finest.

The last cdc link you provided is about the effectiveness of the vaccine in people 65 and older. It does even mention natural immunity at all. Again never questioned that.
Your failure to admit that natural immunity is enough protection and according to some better than vaccination is very telling considering the evidence provided. You clearly have some kind of agenda.

Never claimed you or anyone else said anything was 100% . I am pretty sure you alluded to a decreased transmission rate amongst those vaccinated though. These are just three examples against that theory.

lol the israeli study literally says having natural immunity + a vaccine provides better protection. is that data from israel not concrete, or do we just want to pick and choose what info we support?

i've also said multiple times that natural immunity is fine for protection - i've just stated that natural immunity + vaccination offers better support. for some reason you're just glossing over that.

i've said in multiple posts that natural immunity provides protection. however, i have also said MULTIPLE times that natural immunity + vaccination offers superior protection, and that is backed up by multiple studies. you clearly don't care about having superior protection from covid and decreasing your chances of getting it and passing it along to others so idk why we continue to go around and around.

wrt to your bolded statement - the write up details clearly that there isn't enough data to determine whether natural immunity > vaccination, but they theorize it is. there's a reason why no one is taking the israel data as gospel - there were too many uncontrolled variables for data gathering. that's why smaller studies with stricter controlled groups > large studies with less stringent control groups are preferred for the scientific process

Pretty sure you pulled that last part from another source. They never said there wasn't enough data. What they did say was this:
Results SARS-CoV-2-naïve vaccinees had a 13.06-fold (95% CI, 8.08 to 21.11) increased risk for breakthrough infection with the Delta variant compared to those previously infected, when the first event (infection or vaccination) occurred during January and February of 2021. The increased risk was significant (P<0.001) for symptomatic disease as well. When allowing the infection to occur at any time before vaccination (from March 2020 to February 2021), evidence of waning natural immunity was demonstrated, though SARS-CoV-2 naïve vaccinees had a 5.96-fold (95% CI, 4.85 to 7.33) increased risk for breakthrough infection and a 7.13-fold (95% CI, 5.51 to 9.21) increased risk for symptomatic disease. SARS-CoV-2-naïve vaccinees were also at a greater risk for COVID-19-related-hospitalizations compared to those that were previously infected.

The incorrect hypothesis that natural immunity is unreliable has resulted in the loss of thousands of American lives, avoidable vaccine complications, and damaged the credibility of public health officials. Given the recent mandate announcement by the White House, it would be good for our public health leaders to show humility by acknowledging that the hypothesis they repeatedly trumpeted was not only wrong, but it may be harmful. Let’s all come together around the mounting body of scientific literature and real-world clinical experience that is telling us not to require the full vaccine regimen in people who recovered from covid in the past. Public health officials changing their position on natural immunity, after so much hostility toward the idea, would go a long way in rebuilding the public trust.

This is a good read. There is a lot of truth in this article and hopefully it will open others eyes to natural immunity.

and JFC i never said i didn't accept the conclusion that natural immunity offers good protection. i have said, on multiple occasions, that vaccination + natural immunity is the best defense. it even says it in the section you quoted in the above post.

you don't realize why superior protection is needed? it will further help prevent reinfection - the less people that are reinfected will lead to fewer strains of COVID mutating, lower the strain this is putting on hospitals, and help us get over this pandemic. if having natural immunity and getting the vaccine provides even a 1% increase in your ability to fight off covid, or prevent your reinfection, then it's worth getting the shot IN MY OPINION. you may not think that's necessary, but i do - and that's been my entire argument for the last 3 pages

and JFC i never said i didn't accept the conclusion that natural immunity offers good protection. i have said, on multiple occasions, that vaccination + natural immunity is the best defense. it even says it in the section you quoted in the above post.

The results were very clear in the study as it was presented by the link I provided. Your link provided extra commentary that wasn't delivered by the study. Thanks for clearing that up. Again getting vaccinated in your mind must not be the solution either then. It must not be enough right? My protection is better yet I need to do more? There isn't even significant data to say how much more protection it provides. On top of that you are totally ignoring the elephant in the room which is avoidable vaccine complications. They might be minimal but they are in no way zero either.

yes, studies like the one done in israel are critiqued by third parties to determine the efficacy of the study. it's how peer review works.

getting vaccinated is the safest protection one can get for COVID. i was lucky enough never to get covid before getting the vaccine, and as such i'm content with my protection. however, if i had natural antibodies, i would still get the vaccine because it offers protection beyond what you'd find from just natural antibodies or just the vaccine. now, am i going to go out and try and get covid? not a chance - because i have no idea how my body will react to the virus even with the vaccine and the potential risk for long-term nonterminal detrimental effects outweighs the reward of having better protection in my mind.

vaccine complications are not even close to as damaging as the potential nonterminal side effects that can arise if you don't get the vaccine and end up catching covid. to say otherwise is just flat out wrong.

Oh I get that about studies.Your play on words didn't present it that way. You saying "they" made it seem like that was one of the conclusions that was presented in the findings of the original study.It clearly wasn't as I pointed out.

You don't know how your body will react you say?Are you saying even if vaccinated you can get some kind of long term effects from covid? Never heard that one before.Where is the data on that. Interesting. Hmm.. that is telling in of itself. So in saying that does that mean you are admitting that you don't feel that the vaccine alone will protect you if you get covid? You sound very unsure. The chance of you having severe illness or death from covid after vaccination is near zero if you believe in the science. You either believe in the science or you don't. Thats weird you are doubting the vaccine when it comes to your own body and its effectiveness if you get covid. Seems to me if you were so sure about your vaccination getting infected wouldn't scare you. I don't have any such reservations with my natural immunity. Interesting. Can you prove the last statement or am I to take your word for it. I would love to see the data of long term nonterminal effects on the previous infected vs vaccine complications. Can't really make an informed decision without data right?

Hey man you claim you trust the vaccine to protect you but then turn around and contradict yourself. It’s weird that I believe in the data presented and you don’t. I don’t fear a rare unlikely reinfection or the unlikely long term effects. It’s very telling that you do.

i didn't say anything about previously infected individuals vs vaccinated individuals having long term effects.

i said that the long term effects from the vaccine vs potential long term effects from catching covid and not having the vaccine were nowhere close to being similar. you misinterpreted - the links i provided back up my statement.

No I was curious about percentages of people who have experienced long term effects from covid after vaccination and previous infection. I would imagine they would be very low. Maybe as low as your confidence in the vaccine even.
