And so on, there are plenty more....and at least these are game we played recently...not almost 20 years ago.

Two can play at that...Huskers are 49-19 against Colorado overall, OWNING Colorado football....so we have a NUMBER of blow out wins over Colorado. It’s funny watching you Dbags obsess over one big win in regular season play. And don’t give the BS of that’s when the Huskers fell or why they did...if anything, that goes to the Miami Hurricanes. That’s when the Huskers truly fell...after that National Championship the Huskers played in. So yeah, enjoy that one win you guys got 17 plus years ago. And you claim Huskers hold onto the past...give me a break.

Huskers learned a lot about themselves Saturday and had time to practice that this week.

Colorado didn’t learn much from last weeks game.

Huskers have more talent. We should win and control the game. Huskers 27-14.

Really hoping coach Held and Frost find a hot hand at RB and roll with it. I know people say Washington can’t be a lead back but I also remember them saying that about Alvin Kamara, shady McCoy and a ton of other guys. If the lines not making holes gotta spread it out. I don’t think most fans at Nebraska understand that in today’s game there’s ways around a bad line. And not saying ours is, but when they play like it use space with our speed. Don’t need to power the line just position well.

On paper this should be a cake walk like last week should have been.

3 point win but I don't have a good feeling about this one.

If it helps any, remember last year how our defense struggled to get pressure on most teams??? Our Huskers last year against Colorado got 7 sacks and had 14 tackles for lose. Our defense has taken a step forward at the very least this year compared to last season...we should get some pressure on their QB and make enough stops to win. Colorado is going to struggle bad to stop the Huskers offense at all (Frost will open the playbook against Colorado). C Hill of CSU went 31-47 (66%) and 375 yards for 3 TDs and CSU had 6 different WRs average 10-20 yards per catch against Colorado’s defense. Our offense is better the CSU Rams offense. So seeing it this way, maybe it will help you feel better or at least some?!?!

CSU would probably be favored in a contest with USA (guessing 1 to 3 point favorite) and our offense looked straight out of 2009 against our opponent last Saturday.

Only thing in my mind giving me confidence that tomorrow can be different is Washington being available at the beginning of the game.

I do not have a good feeling about this game. I hope I am wrong. My apologies for being honest about my feelings.

It's pretty ******* sad one feels they should have to apologize about being honest at this place. It's like a cult.

Scary kicking situation, on the road, issues at center, and running game that can't get fixed that much in one week. I'm concerned for AM's health after last week's blocking and last year's treatment from CU's defense.

Not that CU is good, and our defense is stronger, but with Fontenot and Shenault... CU 31 NU 27.

Well to be fair here, no one said a word to him about his guess. It’s his own guilt that made him apologize. If he feels a Colorado team that has an absolute GARBAGE defense can beat our Huskers. Then that’s his opinion.

Myself, I don’t see Colorado’s defense stopping our offense much at all. Only way it happens is if we make mistakes or commit penalties. And on the other side of the ball, our defense last year against Colorado got 7 sacks and 14 tackles for loss. Our defense is capable of stopping the Fluff offense. At least enough times for us to win. GBR

We did well at OSUs and at Iowa’s houses. Only lost by a few points to both. So playing on the road isn’t to big of a deal...not to mention how many Husker fans that will be in the stands. It will be close to a 50/50 split ;) And the running game had a HUGE jump once Washington stepped on the field game 1. First half Mills averaged 3 yards a carry, then Washington comes out in the 2nd half and averaged almost 7 yards a carry. Washington will be playing from the start of the game this time. Sure Cam Jurgens had issues snapping the ball but once Will Farniok steppes in, that changed. And lmfao at Martinez health from week 1? He didn’t get hurt or banged up. He just had an off game. And I doubt he’s scared of that weak Fluff defense. He will be more then fine. Just watch...Martinez will go 30-42 for 420 yards and 4TDs along with 60-70 yards rushing with 1 rushing TD. Mark my words. Huskers win 42-24

Cute. Wannabe programs hold onto ONE game, Blue Bloods just consider the overall years of domination.

Reminds me of Iowa/Ohio Stare. Iowa beats them handily ONE time, and they hang onto that forever. Never mind that Ohio State has beaten them consistently for years, and still will.

But when you don’t have a program you can be proud of, you will latch onto anything - even a game that was played years before the iPhone was invented.

Congrats!

Shows how much you know. Wrong on pretty much all counts. And I was talking about AM versus CU last year, not last week, of course.

No, you fell after 62-36 and everyone understands that. Miami took over where we left off.
