Show it was a good exhibition. Here is a quick recap from the game.

The Cameron Crazies section wasn't full. I know it was just an exhibition but these last few years the Crazies haven't packed out games unless it's your big time games, But I'm ok with that. I say give more seats to the fans who would love to be at the games.

The game started a little sloppy but that's to be expected as the is team is still getting used to each other.

The guys came out wearing "Equality" shirts. When Carter was asked in the locker room the meaning behind the shirts, he pulled a paper out of his locker room. I will try to include pic below later.

Javin - this guy brings energy off the bench! I really hope K will use him in the rotation this year. He is a freak athlete running the floor to block shots. I don't think he will be a stat filler, but when he came in the game.. he brought more energy to the team.

Allen looks to be back to his sophomore season self. I forget the stats but I believe he was the leading scorer. Allen being able to play off the ball is letting him do what he does best attack the rim and find the open shot. In an interview with Duval I asked him what his highlight of the game was... he responded that it was the pass out the corner to Allen for the 3.

Goldwire - will be great to relieve Duval and help run the point as well. I can see him getting minutes this season

Trent Jr is a great player. I believe K mentioned in the presser that he is a freshman in a senior's body. Trent mentioned in the locker room that he feels the team is continuing to gel together.

Overall for the 1st exhibition I was impressed. This team has a long way to go but for the 1st game of the season, I came away liking what I saw. Like the guys mentioned in the locker room... they are happy with where they are this early in the season and look to continue to gel together.

Bagley mentions how 'We are big" as in how they will be able to rebound.

One of the quicker games I have seen live. I think this team has the ability to run run run if we go at least 8 deep. I believe there were something like 18 assists. I didn't have the final stats till I was leaving Cameron... so interviews focused more so 1st game against competition instead of themselves and gel of the team.


Trent Jr very easy to talk to. A calm and cool guy.
