Make it 100/section in the lower level. 25 in the upper levels. Limit the concession stands AND use the same social distancing regulations they use at bars and restaurants for the lines/cash exchange/etc.. REALLY not that difficult to figure out IMHO.

My plan would put about 5500 in the stands at SHI Stadium. Really not an issue IF done according to plan.

Facts don’t support his actual ignorance regardless... example : today they report 2285 positives so it went down from 4540 the day before yet no mention or reasons given except the number of people actually being tested...I guess the testing numbers are important only on certain days when they rise up ? Deaths still around 18-20 still not good. In my town of 104k we had 140 positives since Friday and 1 death ... an 87 year old man.Hmmmmmn... What’s his plan Rutgers can have 100 people total in an area which can easily have 500-1000 especially if they are wearing masks because masks keep you safe or is it masks keep the other guy safe? Sad commentary on how this is now going from living the “ new normal “ to that of the Dark Ages.
