Why is Hastings St. Cecilia in Class D??? That seems a bit off.

Cross Country classifications are kind of ridiculous with the smaller schools. Norfolk Catholic (C this year) has been D for quite a few years, along with Crofton, North Platte St. Pat's, David City schools, St. Cecilia, etc.
