dont let him dictate to you Crooms- you're doing it the right way. You line up in the I and play smashmouth on Byrne, that way when you walk by him years from now, you will both know who whipped who.

I think he's going to try to make Reed the scapegoat and that's it as far as staff changes. I think he's going to tell Byrne that he and Woody are going to swith to more spread stuff with the I formation mixed in and then if he stays just keep on doing what he has always done as far as the offense.

I don't think that Byrne is going to go for that.

His judgement. He honestly thinks he is prepared enough, or that a kid is talented enough, or that the offense is good enough. What were his ******** comments about finally having a team ready to compete for a Conference title? He had a <17>ing walk on QB throwing to a walk on WR! Judgement. What Div1 head coach goes around bragging that you drug your OC around to other schools in the off season to learn how to do his job?! Or that you pandered to Fulmer for positive reinforcement? Judgement.
Byrne, you can't teach judgement. The team knows it, and they told you how they feel about it in Oxford Friday.

plight. While I knew that Orgeron left good athletes, I still expected it to take a couple of years to get an 8-win season. If Croom left today, you might salvage some of the class that you have put together, but if you are a teetering HS kid, how can you watch a beatdown like that and say, "Yeah. I wanna be a Bulldog." Croom cannot turn things around.
